The official Yu-Gi-Oh! site ( www.yugioh-card.com/) has added Hidden Arsenal 2 to their Products page. The link redirects to Shining Darkness currently, but you can see that the release date is July 20. The description mentions Naturias, Jurracs, Ice Barriers, and more. What do you hope for with this set? Any opinions so far? Discuss!

The link doesn't redirect any more.
I'm personally not looking forward to this set, besides Dewloren, because the HA sets are very small. Only a small handful of cards are useful, because the rest of the introduced archetypes are no where NEAR being completed.

I know what you mean! I doubt I'd be able to make a Naturia deck within the year, even with HA2 and DREV being released. Still, I'd like to know which Fableds are being released, so I can randomly throw Leviathan into one of my Extra Decks.

lol You would do that. HA2 will probably have the new cards from the next two DTs, which would mean that Leviathan will most likely be in there.

What's disappointing is that Fabled Raven won't be in there. He'll most likely be a promo, or maybe in DREV. But I doubt they'd throw him in HA2. It sort of saddens me :[

Fabled Raven will be in DREV. On the same page that it was announced, HA3 was announced. That's a very new move for the TCG, announcing new sets so quickly. It's good though. It might mean we'll be seeing more sets more frequently.

That would be nice, seeing more sets in a year. But as for HA2, I still don't think it will be as "helpful" a set as HA1 was. Dewloren's good, but not as good as Brionac. Still, I'm thinking I'll have to stock up on HA1 before HA2 gets out. Maybe I can get that third Mist Wurm I need! xD

That's a good way to put it.
I just noticed that HA1 was only a 30-card set while HA2 is going to be a 60-card set. I just hope this means we won't get the worse end of the deal when it comes to the cards we're getting.

Ooh, that's nice to hear. My main concern with HA2 is that they'd release maybe 5 Fableds/Jurracs at most, but maybe with a 60-card set we'll get 6 of each.

Your sarcasm is lovely. I've decided I'm going to lay off the hate until we get a more detailed card list. But if this set ends up worse than HA1 then I'll start pouring on the hate again.

Unless a significant number of members of each introduced and previous archetypes is released (7-9) then I'll continue to hate on this set, solely because I and some friends of mine have been waiting a long time to make decks based on DT archetypes and we've had to wait for a very long time.
Still, I guess I shouldn't think so negatively. At least we're getting some of the archetype support, even if it's only 1-5 cards a year.

Better than nothing. And the people at Konami can only release so much in a single set. Still, if the set is bad, the set is bad. But I don't think it will be bad, only disappointing. Unless Trishula is in it. But I think that will be HA3.

Trishula is DT8, isn't he? We won't be getting him for a long time.

Ouch, that hurts me on the inside. Well, there's still a little hope for this set. Maybe there'll be a lot of archetype support this time around. And Dewloren isn't too shabby, either, he's just not too amazing at the same time. The Synchros won't be as versatile but a number of decks can be near-complete to complete if made properly at this point.

I doubt that. The decks would have to rely on lots of "outside" support if they were to be made after HA2. This set won't bring that many new support cards to the table.
