New deck idea, what do you think?

I came across an extremely useful idea the other day. Hysteric Party is probably one of the best commons in the game! Potnetial to go +4 for just a discard? Wow! So, I considered all the things you could do with that kind of power, and I made a deck list.

Please let me know what you think about this deck idea! It is un-tested as I don't have many of the cards in this deck, but I plan on proxying it and hoping for a good success rate! Thanks!

I like it, it's similar to Froggy Monarch but with a different tribute approach...

Since Hysteric Party requires a discard, maybe you could use Mist Valley Baby Rock to get some free Synchro Summons.

I agree 100% with Kalin, Mist Valley Baby Roc could really help with speedy Synchro Summons like an easy Goyo or Brionac, and Goyo could also help get more tribute fodder for your Monarchs.
