These guys don't really need an introduction. They swarm, they own, they deplete their hand so fast it makes even Infernities jealous.
Blackwings use their effects to quickly swarm and maintain the opponent's field. They are very consistent and don't need to rely on their Synchro monsters; however, they may run into trouble with maintaining hand advantage and mass-destruction cards such as Lightning Vortex aren't welcome against them.
Blackwings are not only powerful, but relatively cheap. Their most essential cards can be obtained as mostly rares and commons, and as said before, because they are not reliant upon their Synchro monsters (a welcome addition but not required) the new BW player doesn't need to worry about getting them right away.
