The Charmers are a group of monsters and support that involve different Attributes. Together, they do not work very well because even though their effects are similar their separate Attributes cause huge inconsistencies them (think Koa'ki Meiru before the super-support arrived). Still, they're good enhancements for decks that go with only one Attribute.
Dharc and Raina are the newest additions to the Charmer family. With the occasional release of new Charmers it seems that Dharc and Raina could possibly get powered forms like the other Charmers. There is some dispute as to Dharc's gender, due to the other Charmers being female and Dharc being...questionable.
