It looks like Konami's making up for excluding Shining Darkness from the Special Edition scene by making the DREV SE worthwhile. The two Supers will be either the awesome Drill Warrior, or the uber-beast Gold Sarcophagus. Release is September 21st. Discuss!

Drill Warrior exploded onto the tourney scene? I guess in Quickdraw Dandywarrior. Still, Gold Sarco is amazing. I'll definitely be buying boxes of these, even if I don't like the set itself.

Yes, this SE makes up for any imperfections with the set, which basically lies in the "nabbed from the anime" cards. I'd like to get both promos, and multiple Gold Sarcs, so I'll probably buy 3 boxes.

By boxes you mean the small ones and not the large boxes that contain maybe 10 or so packs, right?

Yes, the single boxes. If I bought 3 boxes with boxes in them and didn't pull both of the promos I'd be disappointed, to say the least.

So would I. But this is exciting, to say the least. Not as exciting as the tins, but it's up there. Another tournament essential (or two) now in the "common man's" grasp, along with packs of the newest set.
